Tell us about an address change (email or postal)

This section will help you to tell us all we need to know in order to change your postal or E-mail address.

Here is how it is done...

When you go to the next screen, you will be asked:

  • a few questions so we can locate your policy information
  • what your new mailing address or your new E-mail address is
  • when we should begin using it, and
  • if this move will change how you use your car(s).

Once you have submitted your request to us, you will receive the following:

  • immediate confirmation by E-mail that your request to change your address has been received.
  • your new "pink" liability slip confirming the new address will be sent by regular mail

In a few weeks, your insurer will send you the following documents by regular mail:

  • an endorsement confirming that the change has been made
  • an invoice, cheque or new monthly payment schedule if there is a change in premium.
