Delete a driver on your policy

This section will help you to tell us all we need to know in order to delete a driver from your policy.

If you are also deleting a car, please report that change separately using the Delete a car section.

Here is how a driver is deleted from your policy……

When you go to the next screen, you will be asked a few questions:

  • so we can locate your policy information, and
  • about the driver to be deleted

Have this information ready before you proceed.

Once you have submitted your request, you will receive immediate confirmation by E-mail that your request has been received.

In a few weeks, your insurer will send you the following documents by regular mail:

  • an endorsement confirming that they have made the requested change
  • an invoice, cheque or new monthly payment schedule if there is a change in premium
