As insurance brokers
we are constantly dealing with the very personal and private information
of our clients. When establishing this site we placed this issue high
on our priority list.
In our Application
Section and our Client Services Section we use Verisign to make your
internet transmissions of personal data as secure as possible. Verisign
Inc. is the leading provider of digital authentication services and
products for electronic commerce and other forms of secure communications.
Only the following
information about our clients is ever shared with other organizations:
- A copy of the
application is given to the insurance company so they can issue the
policy.
- If the car is
leased, a copy of the policy (not the application) may be given to the
leasing company to prove the car is insured and to prove that their
interest in the car is protected.
- If a loan is
declared, a copy of the policy (not the application) may be given to the
lending institution to prove the car is insured and to prove that
their interest in the car is protected.
- Your banking
information or credit card information is given to the insurance company so that the payment of the premium can be processed.
We DO NOT release any of
your information including your E-mail address to ANY other third party unless
required to do so by law or unless you give us specific permission to do so.
